Khokhloma is one of the oldest Russian folk crafts. It is still loved today for its unique patterns and harmonious color combinations. The main colors used in Khokhloma painting belong to the warm range of the spectrum: red, black, gold.

The combination of these colors, which came from icon painting, is very symbolic:

• red ( beautiful) - the color of power;
• gold - the color of search, well-being, the divine principle;
• black - the color of the curtain before eternal life, the color of spiritual purification.

Traditional elements of Khokhloma - rowan and strawberries, flowers and leaves, birds, fish and animals.

Products are painted by hand, without preliminary marking, thanks to this, each product is unique, and the design is different from the previous one each time .
